We support our service user’s to progress along a planned pathway to a more independent lifestyle. We offer an array of specialist support for people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
We provide care and support to vulnerable people in their own homes and although Coastal Housing manage these properties, the individuals have their own tenancies and live independently.
Individuals may live in a house share, apartment, flat or single occupancy house, but no matter where an individual lives and no matter who they live with, their support will be tailored to suit them.
